We're looking for a Research Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include data entry, stock management, scheduling, facility checks, and other critical support tasks to ensure the smooth running of our laboratory environments.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/ Diploma
  • Basic training for office and lab management will be provided by the employer

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining excellent office functionality in terms of administrative, environment, safety and security.
  • Coordinating the monthly building maintenance/repairs with the contractors.
  • Monitoring the pest control, landscaping and cleaning services provided by contractors.

Additional Notes / Skills:

  • Deep knowledge in office administrative and bookkeeping.
  • Confirmed knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016 tools.
  • Good organisation skills and capacity to prioritise
  • A good level of written and spoken skills in English and Malay.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
