Job Summary:

The Finance Manager will oversee all financial operations of a mid-sized car leasing business. As a sole contributor, this role requires hands-on management of accounting, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and financial strategy to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Reporting

·       Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly management accounts.

·       Track vehicle depreciation, maintenance costs, and insurance expenses.

Budgeting & Forecasting

·       Coordinate annual budgets and rolling forecasts.

·       Provide financial insights to support pricing strategies and fleet expansion decisions.

Cash Flow & Treasury

·       Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and payment schedules.

·       Oversee collections from customers and corporate clients.

·       Ensure timely payment of suppliers, insurance premiums, and etc.

Tax & Compliance

·       Handle SST submissions, corporate tax filings, and liaise with tax consultants.

·       Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and licensing requirements.

·       Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.

Other Duties

· Undertake any other duties as assigned by management
