About us

Bowen Group was established in 2017 and is based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Bowen Academy and Bowen Education are part of Bowen Group. Bowen Academy successfully cooperated with UTM, UTMSPACE and become their Smart Partner. Bowen Academy is legally registered and approved by the Ministry of Finance (MOF). The course that provided by Bowen Academy are Professional Diploma in Accounting, Professional Certificate in Creative Digital Multimedia, Certificate in Video Editing and etc. The Centre for Language Education and cooperation under China MOE authorized us to promote and setup Johor HSK/HSKK Online Test (IBT) centre. Our goal is to build more HSK-IBT test centers, make it easier for candidates to approach us, and provide the market with professional and systematic Chinese teaching method. Crescendo International College, Sekolah Sri Sutera and Yong Peng High School are our test centers in Johor.

Qualifications & experience

  • English and other language proficient
  • written and verbal communication, active listening, problem-solving, empathy, interpersonal skills, record keeping, confidentiality
  • SPM/Diploma / Degree Holder

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Conducting counselling sessions with students
  • Assessing students' skills, interests and personalities
  • Meeting with parents and teachers about students' needs
  • Creating academic and career development plans
  • Directing students and families to helpful resources
  • Guiding students through academic improvement
  • Helping students to develop transferable skills
  • Coordinating and conducting informational sessions about university admissions, career planning and personal development
  • Maintaining notes and student records
