Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our cafe team. You will be responsible for preparing consistent, high-quality beverages while delivering excellent customer service. This role suits someone who enjoys coffee, service excellence, and working in a vibrant lifestyle hub environment.

Key Responsibilities

Beverage Preparation

  • Prepare espresso-based hot and iced beverages consistently
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, taste, and recipe accuracy
  • Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of coffee equipment
  • Follow SOPs and hygiene practices

Cafe Operations & Housekeeping

  • Handle points redemption transactions for drinks
  • Assist with daily opening and closing duties
  • Manage stock levels, replenishment and rotation of cafe supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness of cafe counters, equipment, and workstations

Customer Service

  • Provide friendly and professional interaction with all guests
  • Recommend drinks, upsell specials, and assist with enquiries
  • Resolve customer issues politely and escalate when necessary
  • Work closely with reception and lounge team for smooth service flow

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year cafe or F&B experience preferred (Fresh graduates may apply)
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-traffic environments
  • Good communication skills and positive attitude
  • Willing to work weekends, shifts, and public holidays
  • Passionate about coffee and customer experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
