Job Title

Senior Manager, Project Management

In this job you will:

  • Define and refine project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Estimate resources and build high-performing project teams.
  • Identify key activities, quality measures, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure alignment on scope, planning, and budget across stakeholders.
  • Monitor and optimize project performance for continuous improvement.
  • Communicate progress and insights clearly to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and team development.
  • Build strong customer partnerships, including contract discussions when needed

About the ideal candidate:

  • Proven experience leading complex projects in dynamic environments.
  • Ability to make informed decisions and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage diverse teams.
  • Comfortable working independently while fostering team success.
  • Experience contributing to resource allocation and policy planning.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
