Here at Omniraise, we understand. So we have designed our very own training module, the Omniraise Business Academy, to ease the transition for all our new colleagues. This 3 month program will be delivered to you by HRDF approved trainers and will earn you some certification as well. During these 3 months, you will receive approximately 30 hours of training worth up to RM2,000 in training value.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with the general public to educate and motivate them to support our partners on a long term basis
  • Promote our partner's causes with your team to achieve personal and team weekly sales targets
  • Raise awareness for our partners on their causes around the world and their advocacy work in Malaysia
  • Provide motivation and skills training to new colleagues once you have shifted to a senior in the team
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant policies and procedures as per our Core Values & Code of Conduct

  • Highly Competitive Salary and Earning Potential: Monthly salary with commission of RM 2,800 - RM 4,200/month, plus an uncapped monthly bonus structure where top performers earn up to 60% extra on their monthly pay.

  • Diploma/Degree in any field
