Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Executive located in Penang, Malaysia. The Purchasing Executive will handle daily tasks such as processing purchase orders and requisitions, managing procurement activities, and ensuring timely and accurate purchasing management. This role involves regular communication with suppliers and internal teams to facilitate efficient procurement operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management
  • Strong Communication skills and ability to liaise with various stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Procurement processes and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with the medical device industry is an advantage
