Account/ Purchasing Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set accounts
  • Preparation of monthly financial and management report.
  • Ensure tax compliance and co-ordinate year end audit.
  • Handle monthly payroll for employees and ensure on-time statutory contribution.
  • Handle supplier's Invoice, incoming payment and outgoing.
  • Prepare Invoice, Delivery Order, Purchase Order and etc
  • Proper administration of accounting documentation and filling.
  • Any other ad-hoc task assigned by Management.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree or equivalent
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to work independently with strong initiative, committed and capable in working as a team to meet the timelines.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
