HR cum Admin Assistant

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented HR cum Admin Assistant to support the daily human resource and administrative functions of our entertainment and creative company. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
- Handle attendance, leave tracking, and HR documentation.
- Support preparation of HR letters, reports, and compliance submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
- Coordinate with finance and operations departments on payroll and administrative matters.
- Manage office supplies, filing systems, and general administrative support.
- Assist in planning staff activities, events, and internal communication.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth day-to-day office operation.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in HR and admin (fresh graduates may also be considered).
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic HR systems.
- Responsible, trustworthy, and able to multitask in a dynamic work environment.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
