Role Description

The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for managing key client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key tasks include developing and executing strategic account plans, identifying growth opportunities, preparing and presenting proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Client Relationship Management and Account Management
  • Proficiency in Sales Strategy Development and Negotiation Skills
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Analyze Market Trends and Identify Business Opportunities
  • Background in workforce management solutions or construction projects is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market
