JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Executive

  • Handle day to day operations in Finance department.
  • Handle accounting functions – Full set of accounts: AP, AR, GL, Cash Management, Financial Reporting and Credit Control.
  • Assist in monitoring annual budget, revenue forecast, operation costs and expenses.
  • Prompt submission of monthly reports.
  • Handle statutory audits & assist in taxation matters, ensure compliance and clearance.
  • To perform any other related duties when required.

Senior Executive

  • To handle full set of accounting, account payable, account receivable, cash book and general ledger entries for property developer companies.
  • To prepare Project Profit Computation as per MFRS15 for Developer.
  • To prepare monthly closing of accounts and reports in a timely for submission to Management.
  • Liaise with external parties such as auditor, tax agent and banker.
  • To assist in ad-hoc assignments and any other related tasks, as and when assigned by Finance Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidates must possess a Degree in Accounting or any relevant courses.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Accounting, preferably in property developer accounts.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Full set accounts experience is preferred.
  • Month end closing and tax computation.
  • Good command of Microsoft office applications.
  • Experienced working in computerized accounting environment.
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred, as this role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
  • Experience in group reporting is an added advantage.
