Job Description

  • To prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
  • To account costing within budget.
  • To procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project.
  • To select, source materials and issue Purchase Order.
  • To liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site supervisor, subcontractors, suppliers.
  • To measure and value the work done on site.
  • To track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
  • To attend site meeting.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in QS, with working experience in Interior Design and Joinery works are encouraged to apply.
  • Computer literate, preferably Microsoft Excel, Word & Project
  • Posses experience in ID field is preferable.
  • Able to liaise with clients , sub-contractors & attend site meetings
  • Able to work independently under minimum supervision
  • Able to handle multiple projects in short period
  • Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese, English and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Willing to work in Kelana Jaya and possess own transport.
