  • Industry Experience: Proven 2-5 years of experience in cost estimation or costing roles within the construction/formwork/climbing platform industry. However, candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with self-climbing platforms and their components is essential for success in this role.
  • Software Proficiency: Skilled in reading drawings through AutoCAD and proficient in MS Excel, enabling efficient and accurate cost estimations.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with keen attention to detail, crucial for producing precise cost estimates.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, as you'll be collaborating with various departments and presenting to clients.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Bahasa and English is required to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and clients in the region. Mandarin speaker will be added advantages.
