Job Description

  1. Quantity Surveying (QS) Responsibilities

  2. Take-off quantities and prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ).

  3. Source, negotiate and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
  4. Prepare progress claims, VO (Variation Orders), final accounts, and payment certificates.
  5. Monitor project expenditure to ensure it stays within budget.

  6. Maintain proper documentation of contracts, quotations, and project records.

  7. Site Supervision Responsibilities

  8. Supervise daily site operations to ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedule.

  9. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  10. Conduct site inspections and ensure workmanship meets quality standards.
  11. Ensure site safety compliance and enforce safety procedures.
  12. Monitor material usage, deliveries, and site inventory.

  13. Resolve site issues promptly and report progress to management.

  14. General Requirements

  15. Able to read and understand construction drawings.

  16. Good communication and coordination skills.
  17. Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  18. Willing to work at project sites.
