We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. You will play a key role in cost estimation, contract administration, and ensuring project costs are managed efficiently throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:


• Participate in all tender event, study the scope of works, specifications, drawings, and conditions of contract.


• Identify commercial, contractual, and technical requirements.


• Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BQ), and tender documentation.


• Evaluate and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.


• Perform cost control and budgeting throughout project phases.


• Assist in contract administration, including progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.


• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.


• Conduct site visits for measurement and progress evaluation.


• Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.

Job Requirements:


• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.


• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience (Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply – subject to company discretion).


• Good knowledge of construction materials, cost control, and contract administration.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and excel.


• Able to work independently and in a team.


• Good communication and negotiation skills.


• Willing to travel and attend site meetings when required.
