Job Responsibilities

  1. Collaboratively identify and transform the food safety, quality regulatory standards, and halal requirements of supply chain products and stores in Southeast Asian countries (bilingual in Chinese and English).

  2. Conduct risk assessment and implementation monitoring of food safety and quality control requirements for Southeast Asian factories and stores.

  3. Identify compliance of halal products and implement halal requirements for stores in halal countries in Southeast Asia.

  4. Plan, implement, and follow up on the closure of Southeast Asian factory audits and store inspections.

  5. Plan and implement training on food safety and quality control standards for Southeast Asian stores.

  6. Provide technical support for external communication on food safety and quality control carried out by Southeast Asian companies.

  7. Undertake other temporary tasks assigned by the company and superiors.

  8. Responsible for the adverse impacts and consequences caused by dereliction of duty or mistakes in work within the scope of responsibilities.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Food Science and Engineering, Food Quality and Safety, or related majors.

  2. More than 5 years of quality control management experience in catering headquarters.

  3. Experience in planning and implementing comprehensive food safety management for supply chains and catering stores (experience in food factory audits and chain catering store inspections).

  4. Experience in identifying and implementing halal product compliance and store halal requirements; candidates with equivalent experience in halal associations are preferred.

  5. Fluent in both Chinese and English as working languages; strong communication, expression, and logical thinking abilities.
