Job Description
- Responsible for daily routine of admin tasks and maintain smooth running of the office.
- Organize and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Prepare refreshments for meetings with clients/vendors.
- Deal with incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails and calls.
- Liaise with client and internal for documentation and communication.
- Handle for documents filing including scan, photocopy, and data entry.
- Receive and dispatch documents and deliveries.
- Application and renewal process of the office licenses
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduates and applicants without experience are encouraged to apply as full training will be provided.
- Any working experiences will be added advantage.
- Candidates must possess at least a SPM/Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, and in any field .
- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
