RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum 8 years of experience in project development, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.Proficient in both speaking and writing in English and Bahasa Melayu.Strong understanding of property development, construction processes, and regulatory requirements.Proven track record in managing large -scale projects successfully.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to make strategic decisions and drive project efficiencies.
