RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.Minimum 20 years of relevant working experience.Strong skills in coordination, stakeholder management, and reporting.Demonstrated strategic thinking, resilience, and integrity.excellent communication skills and proven capability to coach and influence stakeholders at all levels.Foresees operational issues and escalates them to the MD along with actionable solutions.Demonstrate professionalism in engagements with stakeholders to foster strong relationships and collaboration.Recommends efficient solutions to strengthen reporting and coordination.Delivers reliably on operational monitoring and follow -up tasks.​Utilizes project knowledge to provide the MD with well -informed recommendations.
