OVERVIEW

Join Inaba Foods (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. as the person-in-charge of Branding and E-commerce who will play an important role in supporting business growth across Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei.

This is the full-time job, office-based role in Jalan Perak in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, you will ensure seamless deployment of our product portfolio including NPD, coordinate digital activation of brand activities, lead POSM development to drive category growth and enhance brand visibility.

PRINCIPAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Portfolio: Overseeing implementation and ongoing management of local portfolio
  • Agency Management: Collaboration with local partners with focus on digital and in-store
  • POSM Development: Develop and implement a compelling Point of Purchase (POP) vision ensuring consistent and appealing brand presence across channels
  • Tailored Channel and Category Planning: Develop jointly with Key Account Manager Trade Marketing and Key Account Manager Pet Specialist customized channel and category plans at customer level
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong external relationships and serve as primary contact for category-related inquiries
  • E-commerce marketing: Support regional e-com lead for local traffic building
  • Performance Tracking: Regularly monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
  • Merchandising and Promotions: Provide data-driven recommendations for merchandising and promotional initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven direct work experience within FMCG sector, highly desirable in pet sector
  • Proven solid track record in Brand Marketing / Brand Management role with 360 exposure
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and cosumer behavior
  • At least 2-3 years of work experience in a branding, e-commerce or digital marketing role
  • Strong understanding of brand management, digital marketing, and e-commerce best practices
  • Proficiency in using content management systems, web analytics tools, and e-commerce platforms
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • This is a full-time position
  • The internal title for the role will be "Sales Activation Executive"
  • Candidate must be able to commute to office daily
  • Candidate must be able to travel within Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei
  • This position is 70% office-based and 30% field-based
