Job Description: E-commerce Key Account Executive / Manager

About Us:
Herohub Commerce is a rapidly growing e-commerce enabler company in Malaysia and Singapore. As we continue to expand our regional presence, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven E-commerce Key Account Executive / Manager to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:
The E-commerce Key Account Executive / Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills to drive sales, optimize account performance, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Account Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key e-commerce accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
- **Sales Growth**:

- Develop and implement account-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue them.
- Monitor account performance and provide insights for improvement.
- **Data Analysis**:

- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and strategy.
- Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market analysis.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce strategies.
- Coordinate product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns for key accounts.
- **Customer Experience**:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
- Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- **Adhoc Tasks**:

- As when needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Diploma is welcomed.
- 1+ years of experience in e-commerce sales or account management, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-commerce management tools.
- Mandarin speakers encouraged as the role requires to manage China clients.
