**We have 2 location are hiring for Social E-commerce Operation / Key Account**
**1. Setia Walk, Puchong**

**2. Sunway Velocity 2, Kuala Lumpur**

1. Responsible for EC platform shop sales, mainly Tiktok, and achieving the monthly sales target

2. Manage Tiktok shops, accounts, products, orders, promotions, stocks, livestreamers and creators

3. Follow up orders, ensure all orders deliverred in time and successfully

4. Product maintain: upload, price revise, stock monitor, content optimize and Design material propose: shop decoration propose, key category/product banner request propose

5. Develop and manage KOL and affiliate creators resources

6. Make plan for shop mega campaign promotion and follow up all process

7. Manage livestream schedule, could provide some guidance and manage tiktok samples

8. Submit requirements of video content to video team

**Job Requirement**:
1. Can speak English, quick response, be initiative, active response to problems, able to accept sometimes evening or weekend office overtime and remote processing work.

2. Creative, good at asking questions, discovering problems and solving problems, positive and optimistic, and able to obey arrangements.

3. Proactive in promoting product sales and activity planning for the shop, following superiors' instructions, and demonstrating initiative.

4. Do have experience on Tiktok or other EC platform's operator or processing. Can do data analysis about sales, ads, contents(lives and videos) and etc.

5. Accept tiktok platform, and be willing to develop yourself on tiktok business.

6. Eloquent and high emotional intelligence. Good at grasping tiktok public opinion orientation, tracking social trends, and active fans.

7. Willing to develop for the long term.

9. Coordinate with PIC of platform, maintain the relationship with platform and dealing shop daily issues

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
