Social Media E-commerce Executive

Responsibilities: Organise and shoot creative content for social media accounts, inclusive of lifestyle photographs and videos of products and models. Social media accounts include Facebook, Instagram, Youtube etc. Plan social media content calendar and is in charge of growth in social media content engagement and followers against achieving goals (ROI and KPI). Manage social media community i.e. respond timely to comments, PMs and DMs. Communicate and collaborate with KOL, influencers to increase the brand awareness. In charge of e-commerce site enquiries and order fulfilments. Support to increase the sales of e-commerce site with analysis and develop action plan/proposal of ideas to improve sales, optimise conversion rate and minimise leakage of orders. Support the marketing manager to manage multiple channel marketing strategy both online and offline to boost brand profile across all media. Support team members in implementing digital marketing strategy. Knowledge in social media advertising, Google Analytics, SEM and SEO etc. added advantage and/or must have initiative to self-learn on the job. Collaborate with team members and external vendors e.g. professional videographers for larger campaigns, printer etc. in the creation and development of marketing materials. Communicate with sales staff when it comes to arranging appointments to sales boutiques, and track success of sale. Monitor and improve e-commerce ecosystem, not limited to web content, website enhancements etc. Keep updated on the latest digital marketing best practices. Keep updated on latest fashion, jewellery, and social media trends to keep content up to date and relevant to audiences. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of e-commerce/social media/digital marketing/creative content creating experience. Ability to demonstrate creative eye in photoshoots/videoshoots is fundamental. Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or equivalent. Passionate about growth and in using analysis tools to report performance. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools is an added advantage. Experience of online lead generation, web performance tracking, SEM, SEO is a plus. Good attention to detail. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin is an added advantage Good copywriting and presentation skills is an added advantage.
