Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia KK Group of Companies Full time

E-Commerce Executive contributes to the growth of the online business of KK Supermart by maintaining the online platform and enhancing the customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- To assist HOD in executing all E-Commerce daily operation.
- To support maintain product listing, update of pricing, propose promo mechanism for all online platforms.
- To monitor fulfilment of customer order via store pick or delivery service.
- To assist in generating statistical data/collecting information.
- Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities.
- Implement customer retention and loyalty programmes.
- Manage service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales, promotions, marketing and social media programmes, and activities over digital platforms.
- Managing relationship with partners and vendors.

Requirement:
- At least 2 years working experience in E-commerce environment of sales, merchandising or process.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask and uphold confidentiality.
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
- Computer literate, familiarity with E-commerce will be advantage.
- A team player with high level of dedication.
- Should be an energetic, collaborative and technologically savvy.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- E-commerce: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Mandarin (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
