Responsibilities: Coordinate and execute timely customers order fulfilment, delivery and returns Manage and ensure proper functionality of the e-commerce channels Manage and ensure the latest visuals across the e-commerce channels Manage new product listings and ensure products are properly launched across the e-commerce channels Plan and execute the promotions and campaigns across the e-commerce channels Work with internal teams to manage and assist with customer queries Work with third-party e-commerce enablers to ensure tasks are executed on time Liaise with marketplace account managers on the planning of campaigns Ensure the catalogue and price of products online are aligned across all e-commerce channels Ensure stocks are updated and reflected accordingly across all e-commerce channels Assist in compiling and submitting monthly reports Any other duties assigned Requirements: At least 3 years of work experience in handling E-commerce platforms (such as Woo-commerce, Lazada, Shopee & Zalora etc.), preferably in the Sports/Outdoors/ Lifestyle industry Strong liaison with business partners Organized and meticulous with an eye for details Passionate about e-commerce and results-oriented Must be collaborative, able to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently Knowledge of photo-editing software will be preferred Job Highlights: Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor Career Advancement Positive working environment Mon to Fri (8.30 am to 6 pm)
