**Job description**:

- Manage e-commerce activities on the website and various online marketplaces.
- Maintain accurate product listings on the website, including images, prices, and descriptions.
- Update product listings promptly across all e-commerce channels.
- Coordinate order processing, delivery, and returns for customer orders.
- Communicate with suppliers, procurement, and drivers regarding operational tasks.
- Handle customer service inquiries across different communication channels.
- Execute sales and promotional activities across various e-commerce platforms.

**Job requirements**:

- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in e-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven strong experience working in e-commerce, preferably within a fashion & retail environment.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms
- Experience in order processing and inventory management
- Familiarity with online marketing techniques
- Experience in customer service management and resolving issues efficiently.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
