**E-commerce Executive**
- Oversee the organisation’s e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless online sales processes and high customer satisfaction.
- Identify key technology trends and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Configure, test, and optimise e-commerce platforms for efficient performance.
- Analyse support issues, including customer feedback and product-related concerns, to enhance the online shopping experience.
- Gather insights on customer behaviour, sales patterns, and market trends to support business decisions.
- Monitor stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory data and timely restocking of high-demand items.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to strengthen e-commerce strategy and operations.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.

**Key Requirements**
- Preferably 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar area.
- Proficient in e-commerce platforms and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of online retail trends, customer experience, and product marketing strategies.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
