We’re looking for an **E-Commerce Executive** who’s ready to manage, optimise, and innovate our online store operations while driving the growth of Aihome’s digital sales channels.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of Aihome’s e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, website store).
- Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and sales performance.
- Monitor product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory accuracy.
- Build and enhance **brand awareness** through engaging online campaigns and strategic promotions.
- Analyse sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
- Keep updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and platform updates.

**What You Bring**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, online retail, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of online marketplace platforms and e-commerce tools.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
