About the role

Dahua Precision Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced CMM Operator to join our team in Perai, Penang. This full-time role will be responsible for operating coordinate measuring machines to ensure the quality and precision of our manufactured products.

What you'll be doing

Responsible for inspecting the samples of new products.

  • Responsible for inspecting the samples of new products.
  • According to the "Sample Report Request Registration Form", conduct tests on the products and samples and keep detailed test records.
  • Follow the drawings and make corresponding inspection records
  • Prepare a formal sample test report
  • Assist the measurement engineers in managing the measurement instruments

What we're looking for

  • Be able to understand mechanical drawings (three-view diagrams)
  • Will be able to use relevant measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, projectors, three-coordinate measuring machines, etc.
  • Be able to use CMM measuring equipment simply
  • Requires working overtime (in some cases, night shifts may be required)
  • The responsibility for conducting product sample tests and cooperating with the production line process stability verification to effectively control the quality of the production process.
  • Those with 1-2 years of experience in the same position will be given priority.
