**Key responsibilities**
- Perform root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes using proper QC & Statistical tool (8D, CAPA).
- Conduct quality audits, inspections and testing to identify and resolve quality issues
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective and preventative actions
- Maintain detailed records and documentation to support quality management
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and quality standards
- Operate and program CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) to inspect high-precision parts.
- Interpret technical drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and inspection plans.

Qualification:

- Degree in Engineering, Quality Management or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within the manufacturing.
- Basic knowledge of CMM operations and measurement techniques.
- Knowledgeable in Precision Machining
- Experience in using basic measuring tools (vernier caliper, micrometer, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using quality management software and data analysis tools
- Managing Experience
