IT Help Desk / IT Support Executive
We are looking for a motivated IT Help Desk professional to provide technical support and ensure smooth IT operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end users (hardware, software, network issues)
- Respond to support tickets, calls, and emails in a timely manner
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and applications
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when required
- Maintain documentation of issues and solutions
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support
- Knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and MS Office
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Freshdesk, etc.) is a plus
- Good communication and customer service skills
Experience: 1–3 years
Location: KL

Pay: RM2, RM6,914.03 per month
