About The Job
Reporting to the Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimise multi-country paid media campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) to drive app installs and engagement.
  • Effectively manage regional media budgets to ensure campaigns meet or exceed target KPIs (CPI, CPO, ROAS).
  • Continuously monitor app traffic and revenue trends, create regular performance reports, and provide clear, actionable data insights for campaign and strategy optimisation.

Skills And Experience Required

  • Minimum 2 years in performance marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimise large-scale advertising budgets , with a track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive ROI/ROAS targets.
  • Expert-level analytical skills for data-driven decisions; required high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with mobile attribution (e.g., AppsFlyer) and analytic tools (e.g., GA4) for performance tracking.
  • Deep understanding of the end-to-end user purchasing journey and funnel marketing
