RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Stellar Dental's services, increase brand awareness and acquire new patients
  • Lead and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., digital, social media, print, events)
  • Manage the company's marketing budget and ensure it is allocated effectively
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials including ad creatives, brochures, flyers, and social media content
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for new growth strategies
  • Monitor and report all marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions to improve future efforts
  • Lead and monitor the marketing team, ensuring continuous growth and development
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with the company's overall goals

REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within the healthcare or service industry.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and conversion.
  • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns and organic content strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Leadership experience in managing marketing teams and cross-functional collaborations.
