Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the procurement team in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services
  • Develop, implement, and monitor procurement policies and procedures
  • Conduct supplier identification, evaluation, and performance monitoring to ensure long term partnerships
  • Negotiate terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve optimal cost savings without compromising quality
  • Evaluate and manage vendor performance, ensuring quality and timely delivery
  • Analyze market trends and identify cost saving opportunities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure procurement strategies align with company objectives
  • Prepare procurement reports and ensure compliance with legal and company requirements
  • Manage budgets and prepare regular progress and cost reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in overseas purchase, shipping and delivery terms Incoterms.
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, analytical and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage supplier relationships strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
