Manager, Performance Management, Culture

Responsible to develop, benchmark, and implement performance management philosophy, principles, framework, initiatives and to measure & monitor performance metrics to drive Proton's performance and organizational effectiveness for all levels of employees in achieving high performance. Lead and ensure alignment with strategic goals and timely execution as per the performance management cycle and handling performance related issues, grievances and consequences management.
Responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment by implementing and promoting corporate culture -TARI-related initiatives and employee engagement initiatives that align with the organization's values and goals. Supports and execute culture management and employee engagement programs and initiatives across and ensuring effectively rolled out which reinforce for the organizational performance
Performance Management Development & Implementation
- Design and implementing effective performance management programs.
- Support the development and update performance evaluation tools, guidelines, and documentation.
- Prepare review regularly and analyze performance metrics to identify trends, and areas of improvement.
- Reporting performance management insights and recommendations to management based on performance data.
Goal Setting and Alignment
- Involve in the development and communication of performance goals and objectives, KPI planning & PMS planning.
- Support managers and employees in setting SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals.
Employee Feedback and Development:
- Support HRBPs & managers to provide constructive feedback to employees on their performance.
- Support performance review meetings and discussions, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in performance management.
- Suggest and support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance management process
HR Policy Management and Governance:
- Support the governance of HR policies to maintain organizational integrity and compliance, with ongoing monitoring and annual compliance audits, by conducting regular policy reviews and aligning them with current laws and best practices.
- Assist the application and updating of HR policies to ensure compliance and alignment with regulatory and organizational goals, by staying informed of legal changes and consulting with legal experts.
Culture Management
- Implementation: Execute culture programs and initiatives, ensuring they are effectively rolled out across the organization.
- Measure and Monitor: Establish channels for employees to provide feedback on culture and address any concerns.
- Reporting: Monitor and report on the progress and effectiveness of culture initiatives to senior management.
Employee Engagement
- Implementation: Execute employee engagement programs and initiatives, ensuring they are effectively rolled out across the organization
- Measure and Monitor: Establish channels for employees to provide feedback on employee engagement and address any concerns.
- Reporting: Monitor and report on the progress and effectiveness of employee engagement initiatives to senior management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's in human resource management / business administration or any related discipline or equivalent.
- Total Work Experience: At least 5 years relevance experiences
- Preferably experience in performance management
- experiences working with a range of stakeholders
- Problem-solving abilities
- Possess good analytical skills qualities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience working in cross functional team
