We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic
Senior Manager, HR
to lead our HR compliance, disciplinary governance, and company culture development. This role is critical in ensuring the organisation operates with strong integrity, a healthy workplace environment, and a culture that supports growth and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance & Governance

  1. Develop, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
  2. Ensure full compliance with Malaysian Employment Law, IR Act, OSHA, and other statutory requirements.
  3. Lead HR audits and ensure proper documentation for internal and external audits.

Disciplinary & Investigations

  1. Oversee and conduct disciplinary investigations, domestic inquiries, and due-process actions.
  2. Provide advisory to management on misconduct, performance issues, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  3. Ensure fairness, transparency, and legal compliance in all disciplinary cases.

Workplace & Culture Development

  1. Define, nurture, and uphold a strong company culture aligned with organisational values.
  2. Drive initiatives that improve employee behaviour, teamwork, and accountability.
  3. Partner with leadership to strengthen communication flow, engagement programmes, and workplace harmony.
  4. Ensure HR practices reinforce a positive, productive, and respectful work environment.

HR Operations & Leadership

  1. Advise senior leadership on HR risks, compliance gaps, and employee relations matters.
  2. Mentor and develop HR team members to uphold compliance and cultural standards.
  3. Manage end-to-end HR operations and ensure consistent application of HR policies across all departments.

Requirements

  1. Minimum
    8–12 years
    experience in HR, with strong focus on
    compliance, IR/disciplinary management, and workplace culture
    .
  2. Strong understanding of company culture frameworks, behavioural management, and employee engagement strategies.
  3. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or related field.
  4. Excellent communication, investigation, and advisory skills.
  5. High discretion, integrity, maturity, and ability to handle sensitive matters.
