Job Overview

Daythree Business Services is a data-driven organisation committed to uncovering insights that improve operational performance and business decision-making. We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with strong analytical thinking, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to convert data into clear business value. The role focuses on automating data processes, generating insights, and supporting operational teams through accurate, timely analytics.

Must Have

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, VBA/Macros).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience handling large datasets.
  • Demonstrated experience in building dashboards, automated reporting, and performance analytics.
  • Ability to simplify complex data into insights for non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • High attention to detail, strong time management, and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Understanding of contact centre operations and KPIs

Key Responsibilities

  1. Data Automation & Preparation

  2. Automates the end-to-end data lifecycle — ingestion, transformation, consolidation, and dashboard generation.

  3. Cleans, validates, and restructures raw data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  4. Develops and maintains datasets, reporting pipelines, and analytical data models.

  5. Analysis & Insight Generation

  6. Performs exploratory, statistical, and diagnostic analysis to uncover trends, variations, and root causes.

  7. Identifies key drivers behind operational KPIs (AHT, FCR, SL, Volume, Attrition, Quality, etc.).
  8. Conducts forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario modelling to support business planning.

  9. Translates complex data into clear, actionable insights highlighting the "what, why, and what next."

  10. Reporting & Visualisation

  11. Builds automated reports and dashboards that track operational and business metrics.

  12. Prepares insight-driven weekly and monthly decks summarising trends, risks, and opportunities.

  13. Communicates findings in a clear, visual, and stakeholder-friendly manner.

  14. Business Partnership & Decision Support

  15. Collaborates with Operations, WFM, QA, and Management to drive performance improvements.

  16. Provides analytical input for business cases, QBRs, strategy sessions, and process optimisation initiatives.

  17. Supports data governance, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.

  18. General

Performs ad-hoc data analysis, reporting, or investigative tasks as required.
