Role Description

We are seeking a
Project Executive
to support execution, coordination, and stakeholder management across financial and capital-related projects. This role is highly execution-driven and suited for candidates who are organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with senior and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and set up meetings with stakeholders including financial institutions, investment banks, commercial banks, advisors, corporate partners, media partners & etc.
  • Support project execution, including preparation and coordination of agreements, supporting documents, claims, reports drafting and progress updates.
  • Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties (financial, corporate, and media-related) to ensure timely information flow and follow-through.
  • Coordinate communications and execution with partners where required for project or campaign-related initiatives.
  • Maintain proper documentation, records, and version control across all projects.
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks related to deal execution, project coordination, and stakeholder management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields
  • 1 - 3 Years of Experiences are preferred
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Comfortable dealing with financial institutions, professional stakeholders, and external partners
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (
    English required; Mandarin is a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines
