Our client, a reputable construction consulting company, is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage and oversee construction and interior design projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate should be technically competent, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Location: Sri Petaling

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure assigned projects meet deadlines, budgets, and expected quality standards.
  • Work independently with strong initiative to propose solutions and resolve on-site or design issues.
  • Coordinate with designers on the preparation of layout plans, 2D/3D drawings, technical and construction drawings, as-built drawings, and material specifications.
  • Manage project schedules, implementation, monitoring, reporting, and resolution of disputes or problems to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Liaise and coordinate with developers, clients, main contractors, sub-contractors, installers, suppliers, and all related parties.
  • Review and verify the accuracy of drawings prepared by designers or other consultants.
  • Ensure all works executed by contractors adhere to industry standards, drawings, specifications, and contractual conditions.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Attend meetings and follow up on action plans with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Prepare and present management reports on project status, progress, and challenges.
  • Carry out other duties related to project and site management as instructed by the Management.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management or coordination within the construction, architectural, or interior design industry.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Strong understanding of submission procedures and technical drawings.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver under tight timelines.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites when required.
  • Multilingual proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is essential for liaising with clients and stakeholders.

Basic Salary :

Handphone Allowances : 100

Benefit: Performance based Bonus.

Allowance:

Working Days: 5 days' work week, Mon to Fri

Working Hours: Mon – Friday 9am - 6pm

**The company is flexible on WFH options.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6, RM8,500.00 per month
