A Finance Assistant proficient in AutoCount Accounting Software supports the finance department in daily bookkeeping, reporting, and reconciliation tasks. They ensure accurate financial records and smooth operation of accounting processes using AutoCount's features.


Key Responsibilities
  • Record daily transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts) in AutoCount.
  • Maintain accurate general ledger and ensure data integrity.
  • Assist in month-end closing, bank reconciliation, and financial reports.
  • Generate and analyze reports such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
  • Support audit preparation and provide required documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Skills & Competencies
  • Proficiency in AutoCount Accounting Software (GL, AR/AP, inventory modules).
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles.
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
  • Basic knowledge of taxation and financial regulations.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
