Administrative and Finance Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts/Finance Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support the Finance Department in day-to-day accounting and financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily accounting tasks, including data entry, processing invoices, and maintaining accounting records.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable functions and monitor outstanding balances.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare basic financial reports and summaries as required by the management.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical financial files in a systematic manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors when necessary.
- Any other duties assigned by the Finance Manager or management.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in a similar role (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, QuickBooks) is an advantage.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
