Role title: Online Sales Executive / E-Commerce Executive

Job Description

  • Support day-to-day e-commerce marketing activities across e-commerce platforms - Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop

- Assist in setting up product listings, pricing updates and managing platform campaigns, vouchers and discounts

  • Prepare and upload promotional materials (banners, products images and storepage layout)

  • Monitor campaign performance and compile basic sales reports

  • Monitor competitors promotions and pricing for benchmarking

  • Working closely with logistics, third-party warehouse teams and internal merchandising team to ensure smooth e-commerce operation including order fulfilment, inbound stock sync and return refund arrangement

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and able to handle order-related and resolve customer complaints professionally

Requirements

- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce or any related field

  • Having experience in E-Commerce / Social Commerce will be an advantage for this role

  • Candidates with a fashion industry background will have an added advantage

  • Strong analytical skills, initiative to learn and value-add

- Good communication, good teamwork and customer oriented

  • Good command of English and Mandarin is also an added advantage

  • Fresh graduates are welcome
