· Greet customers and offer excellent customer service from intake to release of their vehicles

· Take orders in person, over the phone or by email.

· To check availability of parts on computerised stock records

· Greeting customers and directing them to an available technician

· Consulting with technicians about needed repairs and alternatives that can be offered in place of expensive repairs

· Answering customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians when necessary

· To prepare the weekly and monthly sales report

· Informing customers about potential cost savings and warranty protections.

· Informing customers of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up

· Ensure that automotive work provided to customers meets company quality standards

· Invoice and collect payment from customers for services rendered

· Maintain customer records and enter data into computer databases

· Ensure office and reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material , forms and brochures)

· Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.

· Perform all other ad hoc tasks assigned by the line manager

· Multitasking skill is essential for this position

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,200.00 per month
