Physiotherapist

  • Help patients to recover from illness
  • Develop and review therapeutic programmes that encourage exercise and movement by the use of a range of techniques
  • Assist and demonstrate proper stretches, techniques, exercise moves, and equipment uses
  • Involve parents and carers in the treatment, review and rehabilitation of patients
  • Educate patients and their carers about how to prevent and/or improve conditions
  • Observe and review patient progress

Customer Service

· Organize and schedule appointments.

· Welcome patients by greeting them in person or on the telephone. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

· Verifies patient information by interviewing patient; recording medical history. Complete records by recording patient examination, treatment and test results.

· Secures patient information and maintains patient confidence by completing and safeguarding medical records; completing diagnostic coding and procedure coding; keeping patient information confidential.

· Explaining treatment procedures to patients. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Handle patient enquiries, solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Take the extra mile to engage customers.

· Educate patients by providing medication and diet information and instructions; answering questions. Build sustainable relationships and trust with patients through open and interactive communication.

· Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.

· Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.

· Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.

· Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.

· Enhances practice reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

· The Management may amend responsibilities from time to time in line with changing organisational strategy, structure and roles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
