About the role

As a Customer Service Executive at Zhu Ge Ge Sdn. Bhd., you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our sales and customer service functions. Your responsibilities include receiving and processing customer orders, coordinating deliveries, monitoring stock levels, preparing costings, and following up on payments. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and efficient service delivery to our valued customers.

This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Receive and process customer orders efficiently.
  2. Coordinate and follow up on delivery arrangements.
  3. Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure availability.
  4. Assist in product costing and pricing updates.
  5. Support the sales team in following up on customer payments.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent.
  2. Preferably with experience in customer service, sales coordination, or administrative support.
  3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
