Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare full set of accounts and financial statements for audit purposes.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports, including bank, inter-company, and accounts payable reconciliations.
  • Assist in daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, and tax filing.
  • Handle company registration, tax registration, and related statutory tasks.
  • Apply for, issue, and manage invoices; prepare and submit accounting reports.
  • Verify documents, prepare journal entries, and perform bank reconciliations.
  • Organize, archive, and maintain accounting records and files.
  • Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax authorities, banks, and government departments.
  • Assist supervisors with other accounting and administrative tasks as required.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong foundation in accounting principles and tax knowledge.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive working attitude with integrity and strong teamwork spirit.
  • Languages required: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia (to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients from China).
  • Fresh graduates or candidates without prior experience are encouraged to apply.

  1. 协助会计主管进行日常账务处理和报税工作。
  2. 协助工商注册、税务登记等相关工作。
  3. 申请及购买发票,准备和报送会计报表,协助税务申报。
  4. 制作记账凭证、银行对账、审核单据、开具与保管发票。
  5. 协助整理、归档和保管财务文件。
  6. 负责与工商、税务、银行等部门的对外联络。
  7. 协助完成其他日常财务事务。
任职资格 (Mandarin)
  1. 财务、会计、经济等相关专业大专以上学历。
  2. 熟悉会计基础知识及税务法规。
  3. 熟练使用Excel、Word及财务软件,资料分类有条理。
  4. 工作踏实、认真细心,具有独立学习和工作的能力。
  5. 具有良好的职业操守、团队合作精神及沟通能力。
  6. 应届毕业生或无经验者亦可申请。
