Your roles and responsibilities:

  • You'll be executing (hands on), strategising, and optimising Google ads and social media ads for clients
  • You'll oversee the various campaign deliverables to ensure quality standards, client expectations and deadlines are met.
  • You'll be the main point of contact with your clients and in charge of overall communications with them.
  • You'll be responsible for bi-weekly or monthly reviews with clients and with your team members.
  • You'll need to interpret campaign metrics and share how data drives next steps in digital performance marketing campaigns
  • You'll get the chance to identify upsell opportunities within your portfolio of clients and work with your manager to increase clients' adoption of our services.
  • You'll never be alone - work with a passionate team of Creatives, and Website Developers to develop high performing campaigns
  • You'll remain constantly updated with company capabilities and services, and upgrade your knowledge of paid search/social solutions to effectively communicate all offerings to the client.
  • You'll ultimately be responsible for long-term retention of clients with us.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • At least 1 Years of hands on experience in digital advertising such as Google ads or Facebook ads
  • Knowledge and understanding of the basics in paid media, full-funnel marketing and the ability to collaborate across paid media disciplines and departments.
  • Track record of successful experience working on actual paid media campaigns
  • Agency experience and client-facing experience a must
  • Experience and ability to perform data analysis skills and strong Excel skills.
  • Strong QA abilities with an eye for detail
  • Strong organizational skills and project management ability
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written.
