Production Leader/ Production Manager/

- Production Planning: Develop and manage SMT production schedules to meet delivery targets. Coordinate with teams to optimize line balancing, setups, and manpower for maximum efficiency.
- Operations Management: Oversee SMT line activities, ensuring adherence to SOPs and monitoring KPIs like yield and efficiency.
- Quality Control: Ensure products meet IPC and customer standards. Lead defect reduction and collaborate on process improvements to boost first-pass yield.
- Cost Management: Control production costs by minimizing waste, rework, and downtime, and optimizing consumable use.
- Team Leadership: Lead and train supervisors and operators, hold regular meetings, and address skill gaps with targeted training.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement Lean, 5S, and Kaizen practices to enhance workflow, reduce changeover times, and improve equipment performance.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce ESD, safety, and environmental regulations, conduct audits, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
