We are hiring for our
globally recognized, FCA-regulated Forex broker
client on a search for pivotal Business Development Manager roles in Malaysia. Having established a strong presence on 6 continents, our client is now launching a strategic expansion across key Southeast Asian markets.

Location: Remote (Open to Malaysian citizens only - no visa sponsorship)

About the Role:

You will be the key on the ground, responsible for developing the local market from the ground up. Your mission will be to drive growth, build a team, and establish the company as a leading brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive local business strategy.
  • Lead client acquisition and build a robust network of active traders.
  • Acquire and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) and Affiliates.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and ensure competitive advantage.
  • Ensure full compliance with all local financial regulations.

The Ideal Candidate Has:

  • 5+ years of experience within the Forex/CFD brokerage industry.
  • Deep, proven knowledge of the local financial market landscape (brokers, payments, regulations).
  • A verifiable track record in
    direct client acquisition
    , with an existing network of
    500-1,000 connections
    and experience managing
    active traders.
  • Strong connections with
    at least 20 Introducing Brokers (IBs) or Affiliates.
  • Experience as a hands-on leader, comfortable as an individual contributor or managing a small team (1-3).
