About the role

We are seeking talented and enthusiastic Waffle Shop Crew to join our vibrant team at ROTIGUYS FNB GROUP SDN BHD' in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a Waffle Shop Crew member, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our fast-paced waffle shop. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company in the Retail & Consumer Products industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and processing payments
  2. Preparing and serving high-quality waffle products according to company standards
  3. Maintaining a clean and well-organised work environment, including cleaning and restocking as required
  4. Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment
  5. Providing support to the team and contributing to a positive work culture

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
  3. Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from supervisors
  4. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
  5. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
